“This is my favourite Tim's in Oshawa. They are consistent and never forget drink substitutes/customizations. Drive-thru service is fast for how busy they usually are. Most employees at this location give superb service. Bonus: their wifi is fast and reliable.“

This is one stop shop for all people who visit the hospital nd who even work there. good place to sit and have refreshments, breakfast bagels, muffins and variety of coffee etc. sometime you may experience long queue or wait time, but overall its great place and satisfy your taste buds.“
“Lovely service the other day when stopped in to get gas. The girl at the counter was quite cheerful and happy. It was so nice to receive service from a person who really enjoyed her job. “This is the cleanest and best maintained Tim Hortons that I've been to, in the entire Durham region. The staff were all in good spirits and functioning as a team, the coffee was on point, and no one was doing nothing. Plus my hyper, Autistic 3 year old son wasn't triggered. Very calm atmosphere. Timmy's has a great representation in this location! Well done!“

“I came to this timmies this morning as i do EVERY morning to grab my steeped tea and decided to come inside cause it would be quicker, there was no body inside and the front cash ladies were super welcoming. I had a lovely young woman take my tea order and off she went to make it. I was appalled at the drive thru service workers attitude towards this young lady who was just trying to make my tea and ensure i had good service, because she was not moving fast enough for you, you were mocking her “ i think it’s stirred, we are busy over here, move out of my way”’ she was ensuring my order was made to my standard and that the customer was happy and all you were concerned with was your drive thru times. what happened to good customer service? i worked for this company myselffor 5 years and i understand the whole “ drive thru times are important” vibe, but you DO NOT need to make someone else feel little in the process!i really wish i got the name of the woman who served me and the women ( yes multiple) who were rude to her! you ladies are lucky i had to rush to work.i hope the lady who served me knows that she did an amazing job and my tea was delicious this morning!“
“99% of the time, the place is nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant, and many of them now recognize me cause I come in pretty much every day. There are occasional mistakes, but in general, the service is fantastic. I like the place.Dietary restrictions: Everything is labeled with health and calorie count per serving. Also, if there is an ingredient that you may be allergic to or you sply dolike, you can request it off most of the time.Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessibility for wheelchair traffic, and most tables can be used with wheelchairs.“
“This Tim Hortons is located inside the Oshawa Centre.They have some seating but the tables and chairs are not cleaned regularly. Had to clean it myself before being able to sit down. Service is slow and there was a long lineup.The location of the self service kiosks (they have 2 machines) are placed in the same location as the regular line up so it’s very congested. The line up and kiosks also between the tables so the whole set up could use some improvement to help with traffic flow.We ordered chicken noodle soup and cream of broccoli and a coffee. Food and coffee is typically what you expect from a Tim Hortons. Soup is hot, bread is cold but edible and comes with two butters.“
“Even with this location being one of the busiest in the shwa, the staff handle the pressure well and make sure the customers are happy.The staff that server the people walking in are usually friendly and smiley while serving you. They make sure you get what you need and are on your way.In drive through, the staff taking your order are quite bubbly. There's this one worker that wishes everyone a wonderful day after they offer which is quite sweet.Even if an issue arises with my order, they always are right on it to fix it. Even if the people taking my order can't fix it, the managers have always been quite kind and quick to help out with whatever it is.Definitely a great location if you're willing to overcome the busy aspect.“

“I don’t understand all the bad reviews, having a tims in a go station itself is a 5 star. I see the employees working at this location are doing what they are supposed to, sometimes being too nice is taken advantage of. I saw one customer asking for separate bag for each wrap she ordered, and this is what the employees go through everyday.“
