“We stayed for 3 nights and it was so cozy! The bed was great which is a huge plus when away from home for a long period. Only downside to the room was that the mini fridge is REALLY mini with no freezer space in it so just plan for that. The grounds are beautiful and staff is super friendly. I also highly recommend the Asher restaurant that is located on site especially if you have special dietary needs, they are very accommodating and the food is amazing. We will stay here again in the future!“

If excellence had a name, it would be Natalia. From the moment we walked into Chuck’s Restaurant, she turned an ordinary meal into an unforgettable experience. Natalia greeted us with a smile so genuine it could brighten a rainy day, and her energy lit up the whole place.

She knew the menu inside and out — giving the perfect recommendations like she wrote it herself. Every order came out exactly as we wanted (if not better), and she checked on us just enough to make sure we were happy without ever hovering. That balance takes talent.

You can tell Natalia truly cares about her guests. She’s fast, friendly, funny, and professional all at once — the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re her favorite customer even though she treats everyone that way.

If Chuck’s gave out gold stars for service, Natalia would need her own wall. She’s the reason people keep coming back, and I honestly think she deserves a raise, a trophy, and her own holiday.

I am a single dad of two boys and I appreciate that Swiss Chalet has free meals for kids on Wednesday, with an order of an adult entre. It saves me money and I can have a quality sit down dinner with my boys that a cherish very much. The service is almost always fast and the server's are always great with me and my kids. I loved coming to Swiss Chalet when I was a kid with my mom, and now I can build memories with my own kids, at one of my favourite restaurants.“

“Requested a booth if possible and was seated in one. Waitress came to the table right away. Drinks and food arrived quickly. The food was fresh and hot. We came in with a budget and were able to stick to it. The price was great for what we received.“

“ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't normally leave neg reviews, but I'm a fan of Harvey's, and this wasn't just a missed item on a takeout order - it was inedible.

Service was nice, and I was hungry enough to look past the appearance of the toppings, but I had to get a refund after 2 bites.

Stale bun, toppings (specifically tomatoes and onions) looked old and gross, onion rings were inedible, fries were meh and bairly hot.

Went to Burgers Priest instead and got a right proper burger.

EDIT: Okay, corporate reached out, and the manager Ramanpreet offered a free combo of choice on my next visit. I returned, somewhat trepidaciously, and was pleased to see an apples to oranges difference. The toppings looked amazing, fresh and vibrant; the burger and bun were delicious, onion rings tasty, and fries were warm. Well done!

Order has been restored, and Harvey's is back in my favorites.“

“We are so impressed with Chucks! An absolutely amazing night with the Soo Greyhounds serving us! Even with the chaos of the celebrity serve night we still got our food promptly(we were in fed, socialized and out within an hour) it was delicious and such kind people who work there! I felt so taken care of and important! the price was extremely fair, it wasn't much more than you'd find at a fast food restaurant! Definitely recommend Chucks! “I have very conflicting feelings about warehouse. I absolutely love the vibes and they carry a really good energy throughout the whole place within their staff. But unfortunately, they are always and I mean always understaffed. It takes forever for the server to come back and I don’t blame them because you can literally see them running around doing 1 million things. I hope they all keep up the good work. I just couldn’t give 5Stars because of how long the wait time is consistently every time I’ve been there. However, if you are patient and have the time their food is cheap the drinks are good and the service is very friendly!“
