I just picked up a large pizza, bacon pepperoni with extra cheese. Get home and was very very disappointed ? it was dry one thin layer of so called toppings with no extra cheese, was a crust pizza?? Never going back!

I am pretty sure they didn't pay the gas bill...zero heat at the bar and washrooms. Goosebumps, shivering cold food and on the bright side drinks stayed cold.

Probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had. It was all because of our server Lisa! She was extremely accommodating and informative about the menu. She was friendly and was very diligent in checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different Boston pizza again. In a world where nobody seems to care about their job it was very impressive to see someone put in so much effort and care into what they do. Also the food was great, the Thai chicken wrap was awesome. Keep being great Wellington BP!!!!

Update- Finally connected with the manager named Kim who was more than happy to help with issue we had in December 2023. Aside from the order itself, the issue with following up was not due to the store, but due to Boston Pizza head office intervening (as the manager initially tried resolving it).Advice to BP Head Office: allow managers (or at least Kim) respond on behalf to the Google reviews. Once head office became involved, it made the situation worse for everyone involved.

Been there twice in the last month haven't been able to order food yet.Both times the restaurant is filthy, loads of garbage on the floor, dirty tables everywhere.Once couldn't get a table because of low staff, tonight because the computer was down or something like that. How does that stop you from seating people?Your staff doesn't care... Will never return to this location ever.Save your time and drive on by...

Vixxei Pop (Vixxei)

I'm having a hard time with this experience.. drinks were good, appetizer was great (Bandera bread?) But my meal was poor. Somehow the coleslaw was really spicy?, and my ribs were stone cold when served. Servers asked how food was the first bite I took so I couldn't accurately tell them that my ribs were cold because I haven't gotten to them yet. Servers were then nowhere to be found. It took me 10 mins to find someone to correct my order, and another 10 mins to wait for ribs to come out. Ribs came out soggy as if they were pulled out of a pot of water and they were just lack luster. I couldn't finish eating it as I was just so disappointed by the poor service overall. I had no idea who my server was even supposed to be because I had like 3 or 4 different people coming up to my table asking me questions. One of them I thought was a customer sneaking up behind me at one point as they just didn't look like a server (idk why any server would try to address you from behind you when table side is clear)Edit; management or someone higher up contacted me about the review and only defended their employees the whole time rather than acknowledge that their dining experience was disappointing and exhausting to deal with. I was hoping for a constructive conversation, but I was ghosted. Because of poor customer support, I'm reducing my rating further and taking my business elsewhere. This used to be a nice location.
