We have tried 3 of the new ICE CREAM CAKES from Havens. We have had the Toffee Crunch, the neopolitan and the cookie dough and they were all huge hits with my kids and our guests! Highly recommend!

Went on Oct 28 at 5 pm. Ice cream was great as always but service underperformed. Since the moment we walked through the door the only employee working there made us feel unwelcomed. She seemed impatient and annoyed by our presence.

I love Haven's ice cream but I am very sad about the new age limit on the kiddy come. I wish you'd still offer this size to adults perhaps just at a higher cost than you do for children. I used to come at least once a week for a small scoop, but now that I'm forced to get a single scoop I don't like visiting as often ?. Please reconsider the age limit for small scoops.

Overpriced and didn’t taste very good for the price. The cheesecake one was grainy and way too sweet and the chocolate one just tasted off… I don’t think we’ll be coming back here again.

Overpriced ice cream. Got salted caramel pint - had ice shards inside. Cookie dough tasted like just vanilla ice cream with a few cookie dough bites thrown in and the bites were sandy in texture.

I was expected delicious ice cream cuz so much good reviews, but i was disappointed. Too sweet and no taste at all. haagen dazs ice cream is way better. And I got stomachaches at the same day I ate this.. Maybe food poison? Anyway, I think I won’t come back here…

Ever since they switched owners it hasn’t been the same quality as before. Big disappointment, last time I went the ice cream was freezer burnt.. would not recommend going here anymore.
