service was great! place was nice minus the ceiling leaking and part of it dropping to the floor. had brûlée pearl milk tea and my friend had the brown sugar. was good but nothing special. wasn’t able to finish the egg waffle, too sweet. id prolly buy their other milk tea to try when i get the chance but not the egg waffle. maybe 3.5/5 overall rating
When we came in this tea house . It’s so sweet shop and very nice.Milk tea is good when compared with price. But I like everything in here but only one things I don’t like is washroom is downstairs. No universal design for baby or disability person to come in here.Kid-friendliness: More of dolls and nice wallpaper to take a photos.

I would highly recommend this place! The main seating area, as well as the bathrooms were very clean, the staff were very efficient, and super super polite. Also, the drinks we got were all very tasty and were priced nicely.
