He provided EXCELLENT customer service, and will be the reason I favor the Richmond St. Location.At 50 yrs old, OSMOWS introduced me to tahini, turnips and sumac. I'm only giving a 2 star because I've had a good experience here before. I usually get chicken on the rocks with a medium spice but I am expecting a baby and can't handle that much spice and not only were the workers miserable when they took my order and really struggled to count change they also made the meal where I asked for mild due to heartburn and just not being able to eat as spicy as I'd like this is insanely hot to even what I usually order. I took one bite and am very uncomfortable to say the least right now. With the way they acted when I first ordered and now unable to get back over there to exchange it I'm stuck with this for dinner and I can't even make something at home due to a kitchen renovation....

Will not recommend this branch past orders all were disappointing. It used to be good 7-8 months back. Not gona visit any time again.The quality of rice is always bad and not at all worth for money.
