I did a business lunch last week and ordered from The Piping Kettle a tad on the last minute side.Thomas saved the day! He took my order over the phone, and although it was a rather complicated request, he paid careful attention to all food preferences and allergies, and went so far as to individually pack each brown bag with the name for the intended person written on it. The lunch was ready for pick-up as promised, the food was a big hit, and everyone loved having their own personalized meal. Thanks for such excellent customer service and such a terrific lunch option! Highly recommend Piping Kettle for personal and business lunches! I will definitely be back. Thank you, Thomas!!!!

A little slice of grandma's home cooking is how it feels. So frigging good! Reminds me of home! We order a large soup and sandwich and pasta x2 plus x2 smoothies and another sandwich and for the price. Can't beat it! The size portions are amazing.

I came in for my free birthday soup and received "souper" friendly service and tried some very tasty soups! Went with the mulligatawny and it was soo good! So much flavour!Only thing that I was disappointed about was that there is no longer any seating inside.

Came here once coincidentally on my way out from Starbucks as I am a huge fan of soup and have never regretted a decision in my life. I have gone almost every other week since when I come to visit London from Hamilton and the soup is probably some of the best I have ever had! Ordered Potato Leek and Bacon today and it was delicious as always. One small thing is I have noticed when ordering sandwiches on bread is that the bread is sliced extremely thick (basically as thick as an entire loaf).

Food was amazing, but service was unfortunately slow today. Took too long to get a quick bowl of soup. But soup was delicious as always!!

Nice little spot, prices are a little high but not surprised with today's economy. Do wish there were some more affordable options,

Needed a quick lunch and had never been here before. The service was quite unfriendly. The food was just okay, I wasn't impressed. I would have preferred to get a sandwich at the Starbucks next door honestly. My soup somehow also leaked a bit and got the wrapper of my sandwich soggy.

If you are looking for soup that is as good or better than homemade, this is your place! Always fresh, lots of varieties. And they all taste great!! Round off your meal with salads or sandwiches too.

best sandwichs in London bar none, amazingly fresh salads, and very excellent international selection of soups with very well spiced taste. I also love their smoothies but some have a little too much sugar. (for a diabetic.) 5/5 deserved.

Ordered the ham sandwhich and chicken noodle soup. Loved that the soup was packed with chicken and noodles (some times other places will make it just the broth with tiny bits of chicken and noodles). Sandwhich was delicious and made and packaged nicely. Great affordable lunch spot!!

When I tasted the Italian wedding soup, it was like I died and went to heaven. I thoroughly enjoyed every last drop while standing outside in the cold. It reminded me of my dad's goulash that he used to make back in the day. Love the chunky tomatoes, celery and tortellinis. Very tasty and I look forward to my next bowl!!

It's my favourite because of all the variety of soups. Good location and parking availability. It could have a couple of tables for eating in.
