First impressions are of friendly staff with several customers reading the information on the wall and nobody being rushed. My mobile order was ready and waiting. Sandwiches looked good and the huge variety of soups, breads etc was impressive. I enjoyed the Thai Chicken peanut soup a lot. to the man "Brian Shore" who said the staff seemed unfriendly, i agree , for the most part, with one exception, they have a person working there, her name is Jackie, she ALWAYS speaks to my sister and sometimes to me too, every time we go there, incredibly nice, friendly, help ful young lady, may be one of the two or three best such workers of this kind or variety, anywheres in the city
