Had an AWFUL experience here today. Ordered for pickup on their website, there are no descriptions for their salads or soups on theor own website so we ordered "mac and cheese" and "Buffalo chicken salad" and because there was 0 descriptors on the website we didn't know "Mac and cheese" is some creamy soup without cheese and the "Buffalo chicken salad" is a bean based salad somehow that doesn't taste like Buffalo chicken at all. The smoothies were the only thing that were good and that's only because we built our own. On top of that, when we called and questioned the order, they were needlessly rude to us about it. Never going here again, the only good soup is seemingly the broccoli cheddar.

Our first time to be in this place, place smells delicious.sandwich maker very business-attitude, seems knows what she us doing would be nicee with a friendly smile ;) the lady inthe soup is gracious and sounds nice, i asked her name, JennyGreat job ,Jennywe hope to see you when we come back.FOOD WAS DELICIOUS ,I CHOSE THE mushroom barley soup,it was sweet maybe to lots of onions and mushrooms.i was expecting abundance of barley. But over all we were contented.thd chicken salad sandwich was terrific. I have one suggestion I did not notice if they have the dessert section.U hope next time there would be some choices of desserts i.e.cookiesand oh the ptice was just right. We will be back.

I cant review their food as I’ve never tried anything in regard to their food however I absolutely love their smoothies! The flavors are amazing, and they’re always made just right. Additionally, the servers are incredibly friendly and accommodating; they’re always willing to substitute ingredients without any hassle. It’s great to receive such excellent service alongside delicious drinks.

Absolutely love this place, the soups and Cuban are always killer, I ordered one today through doordash but they were sold out, they tried calling me but I was dealing with customers at work and couldn't answer, so they gave me an extra free large soup! I ended up getting two different phenomenal soups for dinner :) thanks guys you made my day today! Also the sweet green smoothie is unbelievably tasty and refreshing 11/10

I'm not one to do reviews. But i go here time to time to get my girlfriend something when she's sick. Well they never fail to be nice and welcoming. I ordered online pick up for the first time today and the lady working waited to pour the soup instead of just wanting to quickly finish the order and get me out. I love this place and will definitely keep coming to this location! Also the order was ready before the estimated time so that was a huge plus as well!

I don’t write many reviews, but I just had to share my love for The Piping Kettle. This place has been my go-to for comfort food for years. One of the things I love most about this spot is its incredible variety of soup selections. They make everything in-house, and the soup options change daily, so there's always something new to try. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. They even helped me choose the perfect soups and gave great recommendations based on my preferences. If you're looking for a place with delicious food and fantastic service, I highly recommend trying The Piping Kettle. You won't regret it!
When ordering online, double check that Door Dash front counter has the right soups listed. On two occasions they had the soups listed from the previous day. The store gladly made corrections and even upgraded our medium soup to a large.Just a note to your reply, my order was placed today and my text confirmation was received at 12:18 pm. I don't understand why it shows as being placed yesterday at your end

I purchased some family soups and they were packaged in cardboard containers with a little elastic around them and they were put into a paper bag. By the time I got home, the bottom of one if the containers had let go, spilling soup all over my car seat. I spoke with the manager of the store who was completely rude to me and directed me to the owner who in turn didn't want to do anything about my car seat being cleaned.This was nothing I did and clearly a terrible container that they are using when filling that size of soup.All I wanted was for them to takeresponsibility for what happened and offer to have my car seat cleaned, but that never happened. I will never purchase anything ever again from piping kettle. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Great if you want to waste your lunch hour!!!I ordered ahead because it said 5-10 mins. I get there and I'm told I'm early. I clearly sit down at a table right by the counter. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting... and finally walk up and I'm told it was just sat on the counter behind the wall because "no one was standing there." Like really? You didn't call my name, you knew I ordered and dont have food in front of me as I'm sitting bored for a half hour, losing patience. And it takes me going up about to ask for a refund to get food?Lol... NEVER AGAIN. I don't even have time to get back to work on time, let alone eat this sitting down. I waited patiently so that i wouldnt crowd that desk, and now im having to shove cold formerly-hot food into my mouth as I drive. Ridiculous "service."

When I I took my sip and first bite of the grilled cheese and soup I felt like I died and went to heaven and spiritually high fived god and came back down, 2 this place was so clean and the workers do not ignore me like the person behind the conter at theCHICK-FA LAI chewing week old gum they fond under a table. this place is so good it will be my death bed meal and my child's first meal. if u see anyone disrespecting my favorite restaurant I will find you and feed you soup and a smoothy
