The woman making sandwiches this morning around 11:15am was incredibly mean and rude. When I politely told her that she had deleted my order off her screen without giving it to me, she bit my head off yelling at me “where were you? I already made that” — except I had been paying attention and telling the people around me what orders were up. The only order even remotely similar to mine was not the same type of bagel.
