Rarely do I ever go to Tim Horton’s....Went in at 1pm for a coffee. 5 employees all at the drive thru window (where there were no cars) talking to each other while I’m standing at the counter waiting. They look over at me and continue talking. Ummm 👋 bye!! No wonder you’re losing money.
