Today morning I ordered online and when I was waiting for my order one female staff member kept my order and she asked my name very rudely as if I was there to pick for free. And after that she asked other staff is she this this ?? again other staff member behaved rudely and answered why would I know her name ? Also , there was one senior person waiting in line and these both ladies were behaving rude. It was so disrespectful. I am dissatisfied by the service. Hope you guys will discuss and improve it.

I used to go to this one all the time before work. Not anymore. I was in the mall in the bathroom and saw one of the workers leave without washing her hands. Diabolical. Absolutely disgraceful. Get your coffee literally anywhere else !!!!

Placed an order in the app and it somehow went to this location even though I'm about an hour's drive away. Online support says I have to go in person to ask for a refund and it's up to the store if they want to help me out. But there's no way to contact the store? I guess I paid for food to get wasted... Great experience.

The most miserable and unfriendly bunch of women you will ever encounter. Poor customer service, toxic environment, don’t order any food because that makes them more angry. I feel sorry for anyone working at this location. 1 star almost feels generous.

The staff is very rude. When we are talking they look somewhere. Every Tim is the same in terms of quality but the staff makes this one worse.Posting this after noticing the same behaviour for 3 times.

The staff are pretty cheeky, but they made me this cool drink, and now they must be sharing it because it's going around!!! LOL The night staff work well together, and they seem like they know how to get the job done while NOT being miserable. Awesome place, although aTAD busy at times.
