Terrible experience. I will NOT return and strongly advise others with milk intolerances to NOT order here.I ordered a mango coconut milk with coconut pudding milk tea. I specifically informed staff I’m dairy free and can only tolerate coconut/oat milk; staff suggested this drink instead. My brother ordered double passion fruit, which he said just tasted like canned juice. Results… we both had severe stomach upset and diarrhea by the time we arrived home?. I requested a hot drink and it was worse than lukewarm; the staff did inform me the machines there do not make hot drinks just somewhat warm. To make it even worse, I also found a blue fuzz/hair ball at the bottom of my cup ?! I immediately showed staff and they offered to make me a new black tea and they tried to make it warmer with coconut milk. I admit I’m hesitant to drink it now given the bathroom experience follow up.The staff were respectful and friendly. The atmosphere felt like a cute little kids shop. However, the quality of drinks, especially milk tea is terrible ?. I’ll stick to Real Fruit Bubble Tea where I can taste and see the freshly cut mangoes.Dietary restrictions: Have options for coconut or oat milk but many of the milk teas already come pre-made with creamers, thus options are limited for those with dairy intolerances or allergies.

I would highly recommend this place! The main seating area, as well as the bathrooms were very clean, the staff were very efficient, and super super polite. Also, the drinks we got were all very tasty and were priced nicely.

service was great! place was nice minus the ceiling leaking and part of it dropping to the floor. had brûlée pearl milk tea and my friend had the brown sugar. was good but nothing special. wasn’t able to finish the egg waffle, too sweet. id prolly buy their other milk tea to try when i get the chance but not the egg waffle. maybe 3.5/5 overall rating

When we came in this tea house . It’s so sweet shop and very nice.Milk tea is good when compared with price. But I like everything in here but only one things I don’t like is washroom is downstairs. No universal design for baby or disability person to come in here.Kid-friendliness: More of dolls and nice wallpaper to take a photos.

Favourite tea shop downtown! The staff is always nice and eager to answer questions about the drinks.
Spacious bubble tea establishment in downtown London with cute decor & plush animals! Came here after getting lost on the transit system but was entirely worth it! We tried the brown sugar latte which was on special as well as the ice cream. The items were fairly priced and well made. There are plenty of places to sit and study or just take cute pictures. Would recommend!Vegetarian options: everything is vegetarian!Kid-friendliness: very kid friendly! if your kid is not old enough for boba yet, they have other options like tofu pudding, ice cream and egg waffles. the decor would also be appealing to a younger audience as well
