“Just wanted to take a minute to say that the owner is absolutely amazing I ordered a wrap platter for my daughters reveal party and the wraps where soggy and we ended up throwing out at least 3/4 it was very unfortunate when you pay 130$ plus and I was surprised cause so many of my friends had told me how great this place was Well I thought I would give them another chance and get the sub sandwich platter for my daughter baby shower I talked to the owner and explained everything and he came in on Sunday when there not even open made me up a platter and never charged me now that’s customer service at the best and the sandwiches where delicious everything got eaten I highly recommend Abe’s and will be ordering from him again Thank you for your kindness“

“I had a terrific experience with Plant Matter Kitchen. After ordering the roasted beet with goat cheese salad (which is delicious) for a takeaway order, and realizing there was no goat cheese on the salad (an honest mistake), I let the restaurant know. They were very kind and offered me another salad, on the house. The food is always great here, and it's always nice to visit when I am back in London. A really nice addition to Wortley Village. Friendly service, too!“

First world issues I agree but the buns have become 3rd best and they removed certain cheese from the menu that have made our burgers less desirable and lastly , the spicy potato chips have changed, not as great as they use to be.“

“It was nice being able to have ramen at Kenzo again after a long time. I came in with 2 of my friends and we all got bowls for each of us while splitting a side of Takoyaki. I really liked my Shoyu Tonkotsu but I wish I had enough room in my stomach to finish the broth. I really liked my bowl. It tasted savoury and the aroma was really nice. Service was great and our server often came up to refill our water. Our food also arrived quickly so there was hardly any wait. I think my noodles might have been slightly overcooked but tbh it's not a big deal and everything tasted great!“

“This is not a review for Covent Garden Market , But a review for one of the vendors at this market. In no way do I want this to reflect on the market or any of the other vendors ... but. We want people to be aware of Doris Family Produce. This man does not pay his bills. We are a small printing company and Chris Doris reached out to us because he was having problems with the printer he usually dealt with. ( yes, that should have been a red flag) I wish we would have checked his google reviews before agreeing to work with him, lesson learned. We printed 6000 labels for him that he needed for various products he sells. He raved about the quality of the print telling us he was very pleased, yet for some reason he refused to pay the invoice for $1135.65. I would be very cautious of dealing with this individual and the business he operates. For a small business like ours this is difficult to write off. Chris Doris should be ashamed of himself , but after reading his Google Reviews reviews something tells me he doesn't really care It’s in the hands of a collection agency now.“

“Updated February 25th This morning I ordered at 8:46 through the app and scheduled pick up for 9:10. I arrived a few minutes after 9:00 and decided to sit and have a coffee to warm up. I waited until about 9:15 and then asked the staff about my order. They said it must not have printed and then they proceeded to do what they were doing . They did not inform me about the status of my order if they were just starting it or what was happening until I asked a second time and finally they informed me there was a glitch in the system which I understand since the staff said that the pickup time showed 110 and not 9:10. I noticed that several other customers received their orders before mine was prepared and I went to speak with owner as he was doing some paperwork. He made eye contact but did nothing even when I called him I thought I should get better service for paying over $19 for two breakfast sandwiches! I am willing to give them another chance and that's the reason I still recommend it. 🤔 Original review Sept, 2023 I just started to come here about a month ago and the customer service and smiles are phenomenal! The staff really make you feel like you have known them your whole life. The place was super clean and very clear menus. I had some confusion about the sign up process in getting my account with my phone number connected to my email, and the manager/ possibly owner went out of his way and tried his very best to get things synced.“
