Champion Doner is probably the highest quality shawarma-esque plate you can get in the city.The chicken is so juicy, I seen them cut it right off the spit as opposed to so many places that yank it out of a camboro on a warmer.The veggies were fresh; the sauces were great. I really like how they’re baking fresh bread in house that’s included with every plate too!The best drink is the orange Turkish soda. It’s like Jarritos but better.Absolutely love this place.
Tried this place for the first time w/ my gf over Labour Day weekend last year after a fun-filled afternoon session over at Dave and Buster's 10-15 min away.Turkish food is quite similar to lebanese, jordanian, egyptian and greek food in that they are all situated in the middle east (or near it).Immediately upon parking and walking up to the resto, we noticed a ton of ppl dining on the patio.The inside of the resto is quite cozy. New in town and it's a hit!We come here at least once a week and it's highly recommended.Chicken Doner is where it's at, they fill it up to the brim and they're not stingy with the meat (hopefully it stays that way).The only take away is that when the chicken is shaved, it's not hot when it's added onto the plate.
