I didn't notice at first that the item they gave me in their store had dirt. Only when I got home did I realize there was dirt in what I was drinking. It's disgusting, and I don't want to order from them again.

Totally forgot to take a picture of my drink... But I got a Green Apple tea with tapioca and it was delicious. The service was quick and easy even though there were a lot of people. The tapioca wasn't overly chewy and was just the right amount of sweetness.

They have some flavours that are unique and aren’t available at other popular bubble tea places. However, the flavour isn’t there and the toppings were hard. Considering the price point, I would recommend cheaper alternatives

Amazing bubble tea, they ran out of the large cups so they gave me an extra large one.
5/5 for taste, 2/5 for packaging. The straw wouldn’t go through the stop whatsoever and my drink was spilling out of it even though it was supposedly sealed on the top.

It's very, very bad. I ordered caramel matcha pearl milk tea, which was even bitterer than black coffee. The matcha powder didn't melt, so it was really bad, and the price is not cheap. I can understand that the price is expensive, but at least the products you make are worth the price, but the result is not.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is by far the WORST boba milk tea I have EVER had…. Instant milk tea taste 1,000x better than what I had.If only I could make this a negative 5 star review.Notes about the drink:- it was just sugar water- Milk Tea had ZERO milk and tea flavor.- Boba was OVER cookedThe ONLY positive thing was that they accepted credit cards… BUT I still want a refund for tasting something so bad
