Potato Noodle Soup of Bai Reviews
The soup had a heavy taste of white pepper which I really enjoyed. Although it is a food court restaurant, the soup came PIPING HOT. The noodles are a cross between udon and rice noodles. So happy I found another soupy noodle place. It is a little hard to find seating, and the tables are on the dirtier end of spectrum. I recommend bringing your own wipes if you plan on eating in the food court!
Located inside Pacific Mall on the second floor all the way in the back, it's delicious. Their potato noodles are nice and chewy. The service is friendly and they give great estimated wait times. Ordered the A1, spicy potato noodles. It has a few beef and fish balls, half an egg, and some greens. It also came with a cup of lemon tea, which was nice to wash down the spiciness. Only downfall is if it's busy, it'll be difficult to find a table.

The cold sesame noodles are my favourite and I will go to Pacific Mall solely for these. They are only very mildly spicy and so tasty. If I'm feeling extra hungry I'll get the Chinese burger too (which is a steal at $4.99!)
