While shopping at Pacific Mall, we took a break for bubble tea at Chatime. I was sad that they got rid of their Fivestars rewards program. They have a new rewards program but it only works in Canada. My mom had Mango Green Tea with Rainbow Jelly at 0% Sugar. It was refreshing. I had the Chatime Pearl Milk Tea with Honey with Grass Jelly but the tea flavor wasn't as strong as I remembered it to be.
Wow, I can't believe the ratings for this Chatime franchise located inside pmall is so low. I don't come here often as it's not as busy and bustling like before due to the pandemic, but when I do come here to get my screen protector changed, with my fix of egg waffles I always leave with cha time bubble tea. Now I always base my bubble tea on the taste, how deep the taste of tea and the sugar level. I've been to my fair share of cha time franchises and always order roasted milk...read full review

I ordered a milk tea from this location from the worker named mikee her customer service was top tier and she was very friendly the drink was made with lots of love and it was absolutely life changing I would 100% come back to this location because of how good the customer service and drinks are
