Cookies are amazing and very addictive. This location is hidden somewhat in the corner and there is poor signage, so it is difficult to see from hwy 7. Very quick service and they do have a points/ card loyalty program.If you decide you do not want to spend $20-$30 on gourmet cookies, they have a "baked yesterday" section. Which are essentially cookies baked the day before but offered at a discounted price.Ordering over the phone is such a nuisance and very frustrating. The staff are not understanding when I had asked for a box as I didn't want to cookies to be in a bag. Very inconsiderate of this fact.

Went into buy cookies the other day and the lady serving me reeked of cigarettes. Definitely wasn't the service hoping for as I was told my by my friend to try out the cookies.

The person serving us wasn’t very engaging, but the cookies were so delicious so that made up for the service. The cookies hardly made it home. Every time we said no more, someone would grab the bag x a take another one!

I have picked up Felix and Norton cookie bouquets in the past and they are always a hit. Yesterday there was a delay in my order pick up which was not that serious but Amanda (owner/manager?) went above and beyond to personally call me, acknowledge the delay, take responsibility, apologize, and credit back points that had been spent. While I always loved this place, because of the distance from where I live, I was not going consistently. After this incredible service I will definitely be going out of my way to support them more regularly! Thank you F&N team!PS the bouquet was a hit and the cookies delicious as always.
The manager and staff remained very friendly on such a busy day (Valentines Day) They did a great job managing the line, and expections for customers, especially walk ins.

Order 14 different cookies only 4 matched what we asked for.The girl working was nice to call us and let us know that 4 cookies we wanted were out of stock and asked what we would want instead. We understood and asked for 1 oatmeal to TRY OUT, 1 chocolate, and 2 caramel. What we received was FIVE oatmeal, 0 caramel, 3 chocolate, and assortment of different cookies. Replacing more cookies than what was communicated on the phone and nothing close to our original order.When we went back in to question if we had received the wrong order, she stated that after our call and when she went back to package our order, all our other cookies were now gone. So she made the executive decision to fill in the rest based on what she thought was best (Putting 5 oatmeal instead of 1) vs calling us again.
