We had a good experience. We were greeted quickly. We were disappointed that they all had one type of soup. Wish they had more options for their lunch trio menu. But overall, we were satisfied.

Came to this location with my family for a celebration and everything went very smoothly, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Service was outstanding, the new GM is very friendly and personable, and our group really enjoyed the food. The owner Bob also came by a few times to check that our group was being looked after through and through - we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Many thanks to Bob and the entire team at Kelseys Markham Road :)

By far one of the best Kelsey’s I’ve visited in the GTA. Went with a group of friends and was not disappointed with the exceptional service (I believe they have a new GM who was very friendly), amazing staff and prompt orders!Would return just for the amazing music, great service and atmosphere!

This review is regarding my visit on Friday October 20, 2023. We were having a lovely time with our friends and our server, Sam, was absolutely incredible. However, we realized that many customers/tables shared the same sentiment about the volume of the music that was being blared by an employee, Shababa.It was appalling to see him SHOUT, gesture violently in the faces of and chase out customers who simply asked if they could turn the music down. It's just music versus business, ESPECIALLY since it is a Family Restaurant, not a club.The servers were terrified by his aggressive and hostile behaviour and the fact that he chased away their tables/ tips is awful.The work environment that the wonderful girls that work as the servers is abusive because of Shababa and I believe he should be relieved of his position there. To find out that he wasn't even the owner, but rather the owner's friend is just disgusting that he was on such a power trip when left to "manage" the place.Again, the servers were lovely. Shababa, however, should be removed from his employment. If anything, our server Sam should be placed in a position of management. She was absolutely incredible.

Portion tok small, very disgusting, smelling washroom, no cutlery when being presented eith food, late serving , and how did u mess up the Alfredo lmao, they used the wrong type of pasta. Ery overpriced, not worth, just go to McDonald's
Sadly, the experience was less than ideal. The men's washroom had one working urinal and the toilet was out of order. Thursday was 1/2 price wings. We are retired and living on fixed incomes. We arrived early enough to get our orders in. One member later wanted to reorder a small order of wings but the kitchen was really slow and we cancelled the order. The service was acceptable but given the nacho failure on our last visit, we will not be returning.

Stopped by the restaurant today and had an amazing lunch. The food was served quickly and the servers were genuinely nice, they suggested us food from the menu which was delicious..so definitely recommend visiting this location if you want great food, ambience and vibe!!

I arrived at around 11:30am the place felt pretty dead, very low energy, beside me there was only one other table present.The music they were blasting in the backgroundnd wasn't really to my taste.The waitress spoke good english, which i liked (i hate spending good money at restaurants, served by waitresses that spoke broken english) she was very nice, courteous, and really pretty too. Good job.The nachos I ordered were alright. A little light on the cheese, some of the chips didnt have toppings on them. The wings were slightly burnt. Little Too well-done for my taste.
This place was ridiculous!! We waited 40 min on the patio for our food, which never came out. We had a little kid crying, and no one even checked on us. The waitress served our appetizer to another customer who arrived and ordered 20 MINUTES later than us. When I went to tell the other waiter that came to our table that we were canceling our order, he said "Okay". Then he said he'll check on the order AFTER he said he was checking on it the first time I went to him.NOT RECOMMENDING TO EAT HERE. The service was just atrocious.

Gluten free GOODNESS here is served. I highly suggest the burger! The GF BUN is TO DIE FOR. That typical denseness you find in gluten free bread was GONE! Light fluffy and delicious. Juicy burger with all the toppings I could ask for not to mention their secret burger sauce. WELL DONE.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Options available - even have a separate fryer for fries!!

Not enough staff. It took over 20 min to get drinks. My pasta was under cooked, the portion was fairly small. The waitress who brought over the food spilled the ketchup and didn't even clean it up. We couldn't even read the menu because we had no lighting over our table. A hot mess.

It was our first time out in awhile. We try and get together every 3 or 4 months. We usually go to the Unionville Arms but they had activities scheduled for Main Street. We use to go to Kelseys and switched to Boston Pizza when Kelsey's closed for renovations a few years ago. It was half price wing night and the restaurant was expectedly busy. We picked a 6:30 PM reservation to minimize the busy window. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. Our server was alone. Our server was very good but our service was impacted. We tipped 15% instead of our usual 20% to 25%.
