Placing mobile orders at this location is futile. I’ve tried twice already and each time they seem to only prepare the food when you’re there and not after you send the order. You end up standing around waiting awkwardly on the side.There’s 3 registers and most of the time they operate 1, at most 2 of the registers resulting in a long line up. KFC in the food court of Markville Mall, nice fast efficient service, ample seating in the food court for casual dining, piping hot juicy chicken & fries, reasonable pricing, nice ambience & clean environment.

The batter for the chicken for Twosday was horrible taste. I would never buy KFC anymore in Markville mall. KFC was not like it use to be over 30 years ago. When she ask me if I want fries . I said yes, pointed out the size of the box and when I got home they put the fries with the two pieces chicken in it instead of having my fries separate with a regular size box.
