Great low key place for handmade noodles. I have two boys 9-11 who are picky eaters and both enjoyed the authentic beef noodles. The soup is a curry broth, but not spicy. Husband had the braised beef noodles and said they were good. I had the pork and eggplant noodles. Really tasty sauce. Wish the egg plant pieces were bigger. The noodles are really good. Yummy!We ordered 3 noodles: Authentic Beef Noodle Soup (傳統蘭州牛肉拉麵), Wantons & Pulled Chicken Noodle Soup (雲吞雞肉拉麵), and Fried Noodle with Beef (牛肉炒拉麵).The beef in the Authentic Beef Noodle Soup was tender. Loved the chewy texture of the noodles.
