Food is always consistent, excellent accurate service, bbq is always succulent and juicy, house bread is addictive and generous portions. It was my daughter's second birthday today and they went above and beyond by singing her happy birthday, and bringing her out some pancakes. I would highly recommend it. They also have some of the best Eggs Benedict in the city!“

“Unexpectedly good western/Hong Kong style fusion restaurant inside a hotel. The mustard flavor pork chop was huge but tender and juicy. Came with your choice of appetizer (soup - both clam chowder and lobster bisque were good or salad - Ceasar and smoked salmon were fresh and not soggy) and carb choices (rice,pasta,fries etc). All shrimps that accompanied main course were not overcooked or fishy. Grilled chicken was crispy and juicy. Everything came really hot which is a bonus in my books. Meal ended with good variety of hot and cold drinks. Whole party of 9 all stuffed and happy with their choices. Service exceptional like that of a 5 stars hotel. “I visited paramount with my aunt and baby it was my birthday lunch from my aunt , we order lentil soup which was delicious but I just want to add that in downtown when we ordered lentil soup we got big nan with it but they don’t serve nan just few pita crisps ,for meal we ordered bbq platter which was good overall but beef skewer was uncooked so we get it changed and got chicken skewer in replacement which was delicious sauces were perfect I just want to suggest them if they can add fries to the platter or will make it good combo for 2 people overall everything was good must go and try you will like it we had baklava as a takeout it was so yummy“
“Such a fantastic place to visit. While traveling for business I stumbled across this hidden gem. My first visit was on a Wednesday for lunch. The plate that I received was so wonderful. The flavors were amazing! We returned on a Thursday to try the beef. We were told that beef was only available Thursday and Friday and man was it worth the trip back. It turns out that the gentleman that was serving us was also the owner. His pride and talents in cooking his native flavors will blow your mind. Give this place a try anytime you’re in the area.“
