Visited last Thursday night.Noodle tasted like cheap udon noodle you find in the supermarket. I had a bite only, didn’t even touch the rest.Beef was like beef jerky served in a soup and I thought I was chewing gum.I cannot stand it, places like this advertising themselves as authentic Taiwanese restaurants.

Authentic Taiwanese comfort food that brings me back to Taipei.Price is good and the portion is generous.If you've made it pass 5 minutes of sitting and feeling adventurous. I recommendtrying their fried golden brown Stinky Tofu. Be warned. It stinks … like weeks-old worn socks in the tropics. It tastes as it smells but if you hold your breath a little, it's really not that bad. It's crispy on the outside and soft and smooth inside. There's a very slight hint of ammonia from fermentation and while eating it, you actually forget the smell with the sauce. Good luck ?

I went to Taiwan this past summer and the beef noodle soup here is definitely comparable! The broth has amazing flavour, and the noodles have such a great chew. Both the beef and tendon are so tender.We also got the sesame noodles with tripe and I loved it, best tripe I've had at a restaurant.Overall: 4.5/5
After hearing many great things about their Beef Noodle Soup over the years, I finally had the chance to visit Mei Nung Beef Noodle House!I was quite impressed with the quality and portion of the Noodle soup! The noodles are handmade which shows with the perfect al dente bite with their broth.The broth has lots of umami flavour and it pairs well with the tender beef brisket that's been braised for hours.The service was quick and efficient which was nice since I was looking for a quick meal to enjoy their legendary Beef Noodle Soup!

The beef noodles tasted very traditional; the broth was very rich and the beef was very tender. One word of caution is that this place sells stinky tofu, so the restaurant always smells like it.

The ultimate comfort food. Come here with family quite often and it is definitely a favourite. Their Taiwanese beef noodle soup is always good with chewy noodles, flavourful soup, and very tender and delicious beef. Their side dishes are also a must whenever you visit, the pig ears and bamboo shoot being our go-tos. Have yet to try their stinky tofu but we are never going to stop visiting this amazing restaurant.

Noodle is thick and chewy. The soup base is very rich but not overwhelming. This place reminds me of the beef noodle at Taoyuan airport. Try if you can tolerate the stinky tofu scent (very pungent).

Friendly service. Clean. Highlight of course, is beef noodles. I especially like the choice of brisket and tendon on noodles. Broth is good, noodles is chewy. This place gives a generous amount of beef. You can smell the stinky tofu all the way across from parking lot. Deliciously stinky :)
