“Two things will tell you if you’re at a good location.1. Exceptional staff and baristas who don’t miss a beat, and 2. The quality and taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. And this location won me at that.I’m a bit particular about the taste of Nitro, and if its pulled wrong or the ratio of water that is mixed in is wrong, it can throw the flavour off. If the tanks and lines aren’t cleaned properly you can get a bitter or strange tasting beverage. There are a lot of moving parts in making sure the cold brew is up to par, and is usually a good indicator as to how much care the staff takes in preparing the cold brew (and likely everything else). That litmus test is what I personally use to know if I want to keep going to a location or not, and I never have issues here.Also special shout-out to JC who knew exactly what I wanted from my Nitro beverage. “I placed a mobile order in the parking lot for a Banana Loaf cake (not warmed). Although this should be quick to fulfill, sometimes orders like this do take some time due to how busy they are. Nevertheless, I was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I stepped in and one of the baristas asked me if my name was _____. I said yes and he quickly directed me to the middle area to wait for my order. It took less than a minute for another barista to hand me the loaf and I was on my way.The Banana loaf was flavourful and tasty even the next day. Only thing I have is the high calories and sugar but I suppose this is expected. I received it free as part of a deal so I can’t complain too much.I do have a little beef with seating at Starbucks in general. Not the same as it used to be before COVID where there were nice comfy seating. But as I remember, this particular location never did have lounge chairs, only wooden ones. They limited the seats during COVID but have since brought it back.“
“I come here often. I like this neighborhood. The parking situation is a bit hectic, though. I usually have to park down around the north side because the big parking lot is chaotic.This location is busy, but I can usually grab a couple of seats to enjoy my beverage.I usually order from my phone, even when dining in. They are pretty quick, even when there is a big lineup.“

“Love the baristas there. The manager is great and so helpful. She is fast and efficient with the orders. They always have my drink on point. I really prefer to go to them for my special drinks. The staff have always been polite, and very welcoming as soon as I enter.Shay has made my Frappuccino for me several times and it always tastes better than any other location somehow.
