The lady inside dont even know how to make a sub and not sure what her name is but she dont have the specs to specify and she is so aggressive on other employee also. Please get rid of her to continue the store. I am taking time to post the review so that others wont go to that place.Worst

Didn't see the classic meatball sub on the menu anymore. Just the "meatballer" sub for a ridiculous $6 more - which was meatball + pepperoni + fresh mozzarella. They didn't even offer or have fresh mozzarella when I asked. The bread tasted extremely dry and stale. Wouldn't recommend and not coming back! With tax it was $18 for a footlong!

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to!

I politely requested certain items on my sub (normal procedure) and the lady looked at me, and put totally different items on my sub. I asked for Southwest sauce and noticed she picked up a different bottle, so mentioned it again and she continued to put the wrong sauce on my sub. After I reminded her that it was the wrong sauce and she held it up, pointed to the label and said it was Southwest (clearly was not). I don't think it was due to language as I heard her clearly speaking to her co workers with no issues.The receipt asks you do take a survey about your experience. I did this. Got a generic reply from owner/manager.Last time I will be going here, and neither will any of my coworkers, family, friends.

Where do I begin.. this subway is the epitome of a 1 STAR experience.. hardly ever do they have any other bread besides white and whole grain, the lady working here is short with customer and sprinkles on ingredients like there made of gold, the ingredients are FAR FROM FRESH. I'd rather eat the bubble gum off the side of the road than eat at this subway in particular.

Always a long wait here even when there are not a lot of customers. Came here on a Friday evening and there was 1 person ahead of me and took 10 minutes. Also the knife that was used to cut the sandwich was wiped down with a customers receipt ? I ate half of my footlong and immediately got sick and was in the bathroom for a while
This is my favourite subway location hands down. The ladies are always friendly and make delicious sandwiches. Sumitha is amazing and works hard. She always has a smile on her face whenever I visit for a quick and easy dinner. Keep up the good work!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the store recently. When I arrived, I was informed that they were closing in just 30 minutes, and the lady behind the counter refused to serve anything. Despite making five sandwiches, she lazily claimed that she couldn't make them. This incident is just one example of the consistently terrible service this lady provides. It seems that she has a recurring problem when it comes to attending to guests, which is, after all, her primary responsibility.

Poor customer serviceTamil lady working in the restaurant is so rude and always annoying whenever I visit there. other girl is too good in serving the customers.I went there with my friends and she refused to serve us by saying i am closing soon. There were still 20-25 minutes. We asked for 5 sandwiches she said she won’t be able to make them.
I went to this place for the first time, and the girl at the front counter was really fast and hardworking. She quickly made and served a chicken sub.
