Didn't see the classic meatball sub on the menu anymore. Just the "meatballer" sub for a ridiculous $6 more - which was meatball + pepperoni + fresh mozzarella. They didn't even offer or have fresh mozzarella when I asked. The bread tasted extremely dry and stale. Wouldn't recommend and not coming back! With tax it was $18 for a footlong!
I politely requested certain items on my sub (normal procedure) and the lady looked at me, and put totally different items on my sub. I asked for Southwest sauce and noticed she picked up a different bottle, so mentioned it again and she continued to put the wrong sauce on my sub. After I reminded her that it was the wrong sauce and she held it up, pointed to the label and said it was Southwest (clearly was not). The lady inside dont even know how to make a sub and not sure what her name is but she dont have the specs to specify and she is so aggressive on other employee also. Please get rid of her to continue the store. I am taking time to post the review so that others wont go to that place.Worst
