A staple inside First Markham Place, Tasty House has always been in this food court for as long as I can remember, which is probably over a decade. While there are different bubble tea shops around, this one has stood the test of time. I recently bought myself an original bubble tea, and although it's not as cheap as I remember at $4, I was impressed with the strong tea flavor that came through. Solid spot!
Back in the day, this would be an average shop. However, since the new wave of bubble tea chains, this type of shop has become an endangered species. I miss my malt, sesame, almond, and coconut flavours. I'm still in perpetual shock/disappointment/sadness that the new bubble chains don't have those flavours (except occasionally coconut). I appreciated them mentioning before proceeding with the payment that they charged additional 0.50 cts if you pay by card.The place is in a food court inside a mall. The stand doesn't look as nice as the other around but here their bubble teas were not too sweet and was still delicious.
