First time here. It's the neighborhood local bar but more family oriented really as there were a few tables with small children there. Smaller place and it gets busy. They have an upper floor but washrooms are in the basement. Staff on the upper floor were friendly e ought but could have been way more attentive. Food was ok, nothing to write home about though. This cozy little pub on Main St. Markham has been around for quite some time. The inside is pretty nice with friendly staff and a pretty decent menu with a sizeable selection.Food was good, but portion/size-wise (for my Guiness lamb stew) felt a bit on the smaller side. Wife thought her shepherd’s pie could be a bit bigger as well.
