Ordered the bankok chicken and it was literally boiled chicken on a bed of rice. The chicken was dry and touch and had no flavour. It looked like it was boiled in hot water. I had to throw it out after a few bites as it was like eating cardboard.

Best Spring Rolls in MarkhamFood:Have tried various things here - green curry, pad Thai, spring rolls and chicken satay (RIP)I keep coming back for the spring rolls - they're a generous size, packed with filling and always freshThe pad Thai is as you'd expect from a food stall - eatable and go enough to have againThe green curry was a pass for me, it doesn't come close to my favourite at another local Thai chiliThe chicken satays were great but they discontinued themFood quality - flavour, freshness and temperature always consistentService:Consistent - fast, orders always accurateParking: I can be nearly impossible to get a spot on weekends.

Have been coming here for many years. A family owned restaurant located in the First Markham Place food court. Person at the counter is always pleasant. Food is made with quality ingredients, dishes are of good portion size and very flavourful. Our favourites are crunchy fried rice, pad siew and drunken rice noodles. A must try if you are looking for authentic thai food.

Cashier who took my order was nice, ordered a shrimp pad Thai, SOMEONE MESSED UP. I got a chicken pad Thai instead. Went back and the cashier said I ordered chicken. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? MY daughter wanted SHRIMP, I second guessed myself, she said no, you ordered shrimp. Lol, I know what I ordered. It was NOT chicken. She was nice and said sorry…I was I UNsatisfied with my order because I wanted a shrimp pad Thai, I ordered shrimp, I got chicken, I wasn’t happy, got ripped off, imagine purchasing a red Tesla for extra $, and on delivery day you receive a white Tesla? You let management know, and their response is, “sorry” but don’t fix the problem? Yup, that’s how I felt. I did not bother complaining, next thing you know they get angry at you for their own mistake and you never mess with people who cook your food because you’re going to be the one eating it. I do not recommend this place. I love Thai food, but this is shopping mall quality Thai food. If you are feeling adventurous, order something, you never know which wrong order you’ll get. If you want the chicken, say shrimp. Lesson learned.

I'm not easy to please when it comes to food. Having said that, this is hands down the best Pad Thai I have ever eaten. Noodles are soft and do not break. Sauce is amazing. A smile would add to the atmosphere.

The cashier lady was quite flabbergasted when I said if I can take my Thai milk tea less sweet and she arrogantly told me no because it was pre-made and came straight from the fridge behind her. I had to take it home and water it down by a big half, so think about how much condensed milk is used to make this. It was way too sweet to my liking because she couldn't modify it so I give so little stars overall. Not just for the food. I thought it was managed by actual native Thai people but I don't think they are entirely Thai or even half. It might be just anyone who owns this joint and hired South Asian staff to maintain the place. I read from other reviewers that their other food isn't up to par and is on the drier side. The consistency of food prep needs work and overall the establishment needs work. It might be the many times I came to the mall early and saw that there's absolutely no business blooming at this place, but if it truly reflects that no matter what time you arrive at the mall to eat and there's still no business being made here, people can judge for themselves if this place is worth servicing. It is too expensive to be a cash only place too.Dietary restrictions: They can't accommodate your dietary needs here because a lot of food and drinks are already pre-done so they can't adjust sweetness or saltiness levels here. I suggest if you want authentic Thai cuisine to dine at actual restaurants and not fast food court joints.

The food is authentic Thai food. You hardly see actual Thai food in Toronto. The cashier is quite depressed tho?

Quite lovely tasting dishes - was surprised to pay $5 for one sausage as yummy as it was. As another person mentioned the sausage could have been more fragrant but still good to say the least. I’m more used to Thai food - so the familiar flavours in the Nam Khao (Crispy Rice salad) was quite nice. Pricey but I will

A Thai kitchen inside a shopping mall. Food is okay and service is not bad but the tables in the food court are too low so I had to keep my head down and body forward when I ate my meal. For takeout, yes. But for dine in in the food court, I’d rather get my Thai food somewhere else.

For a foodcourt place definitely a good thai spot. It was fast and fairly priced. I only had a khao pad which was alright but probably not the best dish to fully judge. Would try again but something different.
