I have been to this Tim Hortons multiple times. Staff don't great you, no one smiles. Custom service at it lowest. Done with this one for sure.

I visited this place on May 15th ,2024 at 7.18pmThe crew has so much of attitude.Specially the matured lady in the front counter. Racism at its finest.I don't know whether they don’t know how to treat the customers properly or they treat people based on their complexion.Took our order wrongly and gave the wrong order, when we try to return it she just threw the food to the garbage & didn't even bother to apologise. No name tag,just focusing only on Drive thru.Either tim horton has to teach the crew about customer service or the customers have to teach them.

I stopped by during my road trip. I saw the "fully loaded" sweet chili bowl so beautifully displayed on the screen so of cos I had to get it . I was quite hungry and looking forward to it. Thankfully I bought other items too. When I tell you there was barely any food in the bowl. I knew I made a bad choice the moment I picked up the bowl from the counter, it weighed barely anything.Please don't call something fully loaded when you know well that it's not. For the price I paid too, this is just sad. Really ruined my afternoon
They are constantly forgetting to put on the cold brew at night. Now that it's getting warmer I hope they can do a better job at remembering to put the cold brew on at night . I know it's a popular option so I don't understand why they forget to make it at least once a week. It is just a little disappointing when you want a cold brew and they are the only Tim Hortons around. Other then that they are good. All the workers are polite.
