I ordered two teen Burger combos from the Dixie Outlet Mall store this evening, specific store and they read the ticket wrong and gave me the wrong ingredients on my hamburger. They gave me onions and mustard the two ingredients that I did not order. Even when I went on afterwards to Uber they verified the ingredients I did not receive were the ones that I actually ordered.I called the store to see if they would rectify the order and the women told me that I was wrong and that I did order wrong through Uber. Meanwhile THEY read it wrong and then she hung up on me.This is horrendous customer service, and they should not use Uber if they don't know how to read an order coming in.... Or, at least NOT blame the customer for THEIR mistake.I would highly advise never to go to the store. It's unfortunate because my family loves to dine at A&w a lot. It's one of our favorite places to eat but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. They are rude and they don't know how to understand reading the orders that come in.
