Veerpal is great! I have been to the A & W at Dixie Mall and have had her serve me on quite a few occasions. Excellent customer service; very pleasant and efficient. It's always a pleasure:)
Good food.But…They don’t open on time: 10 am open, but 15 mins wait to actually order brocade they are setting up…Then on top of that they are so slow and rude. I mean 30 mins for 2 sandwiches. Really??? Get more staff and run this better.

This place is a hit or miss of course I love A&W for the onion rings and if they are not proper I don't have anything else to say. My last two orders I ordered the spicy mayo and never did even after putting it in the instructions as well due to me not receiving it the first time LOL I think the staff needs to be retrained at this location
