I tried Bara Hut for the first time today and my order was well prepared & reminded me of home. If you are in the Sauga area looking to try great food with amazing customer service, swing by!
The paratha was homemade, soft, chewy, and easily rip’able while the goat meat had a great flavour with flavours that wake up your tastebuds, and when you introduce the hot sauce you’re in for a fiery delight. It was great. I took mine to go and they pack the potato and meat separate from the roti so it doesn’t get soggy by the time you get home.
