First time there, had several questions which were answered promptly, friendly and knowledgeable. I expected prices to be higher on brands that you can buy in grocery stores but they were nearly $2.00 less. Love that you can buy individual pods/cups, gives you the chance to try them or have a greater variety of flavors on hand at home. My first time visiting BEANWISE and I was very happy with my visit. They have wide collection of tea and coffee. I bought Egyptian Chamomile tea and it has dry chamomile blossoms. I also purchased Cappuccino Caramel coffee. Staff was friendly and was able to answer my questions and help me find the products that I wanted to purchase. The store was organized and well maintained. I will definitely visit again to explore their other teas.

Great customer service and quick delivery. One of the items I ordered wasn’t due to be in stock for a couple weeks, so they upgraded it to a larger size (for FREE) so I didn’t have to wait for the next shipment, and even called me to make sure that was ok!
