Really nice owner, great healthy options that are also delicious.Love their smoothies and keto options!My fav is their veggie wraps and avocado toasts Unique for actual fresh food in sauga that arent frozen.On my regular rotation!Parking: Easy free parking outside the gym/hiltonDietary restrictions: Vegetarian, vegan, keto and gluten free options!
They added some shots, for $2 only. Ginger lemon shots very good if you have stuffy nose and feel like you are getting sick :), but the taste is the worst among the three shots they offer!!!!!! The other shots very yummy with lots of healthy protein :)
