im not sure if maybe my order got messed up but I got the 'preserved bean with ground pork on rice' and it was extremely salty. The rice was fine and had nice texture, not dry or overly wet but i needed to overload the dish with my own rice at home as the beans tastes like the whole entire container of salt had been put in. Chilli Cabin offers delicious and authentic Chinese dishes. As its name suggests the meals served have lots of chilli heat. The chef will make it mild if you ask, but that’s still super hot!
