I eat here very often. Love their noodles in hot boiling soup base. Usually order their Original Crossing The Bridge Rice Noodle which comes with an assortment of meats and vegetables to be cooked in the boiling soup with the noodles. When I am done eating the noodles, I often ask for a second bowl of noodles which is complimentary and cook that with the remaining soup. Their lamb skewer and crisply chicken are good as well.
Compared to the franchises in Markham this location is lacking I would say. I ordered the pork bone rice noodle? There wasn't a lot of meat on the bones and it was quite hard to get them off the bones. The meat wasn't seasoned enough and tasted pretty bland. The soup wasn't as flavoured as well. The rest of the ingredients seemed to come in smaller quantities. I didn't go to the washroom myself but my mom said it was pretty dirty with a spider web on the door.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I have been coming here for years and the noodles are always delicious, and so are the drinks. Good variety of flavor options for the soups, so there is something for everyone.
