It's a Polish bar.The staff/patrons were nice, just had appetizers.It's a dance club after 9 pm. That was fun. Dj wasn't the greatest, but we ( a girl group of 6) made the best of it.Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant.

Food is good, price is reasonable. Atmosphere is changing depending of the occasion. Stuff is very polite and strict, which makes you feel safe. If you are looking for place to do corporate or business projects it’s perfectly place. Really recommend.

I have been coming to Fregata Restaurant, at 1900 Dundas Street E. in Mississauga for years. Convenient location. Plenty of free parking. As soon as I walk in, I get a very warm reception from management and staff. My table is always ready for me and my guests. Lots of familiar faces. We start with drinks , then we order food from the many selections off their European Menu. The choices are many from appetizers like chicken wings and salads, Polish tripe soup to main dishes like Chicken Souvlaki, Veal Parmigiana, Linguine with fresh Salmon. One of my favourites ... A dozen broiled Shrimps. These suckers are huge! So much food, sometimes I take some home, to enjoy the next day. After that I am ready to dance the night away. All the music that I like from disco to Latin. Really enjoy the mix. Love, Love it here. Love the nautical theme and ambiance. I leave happy and look forward to coming again!

The worst place I've ever been to. The service was quite nice, but the owner was handicapped. I got a cold dinner and then shrimp with scales. Due to my dissatisfaction with the food, I was banned from serving me by the staff. This must be some balls!!! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BROTHERHEL IN MY LIFE.

Went for our anniversary. Arrived on time Friday night to find the place closed due to multiple cancellations because of a surprise snow storm. They should have called to let us know, but probably assumed no one would show up at all.Booked the next night, and it wasn't extremely busy, so that still worked for us.The staff was courteous and attentive, and our requests were answered quickly. The wine and appetizer suggestions by our server Vicky were really good.The main course was OK, not Michelin quality, but still made for a nice dinner.Finally, we chose Fregata because of their music and dance after 9 pm, and because we came early and ordered dinner, we didn't have to pay the entry fee for the entertainment part.The crowd were nice and of similar age to us (we're in our 50's) and that made us comfortable and we enjoyed dancing. The tunes were somewhat repetitive though. After 10 pm, the crowd grew and became too loud, so that was it for us and we left at 10:30.The entertainment is why we wanted to try Fregata as a new experience, since we didn't want to go to a night club with younger but possibly more rowdy guests, and the place was good, but maybe we were expecting a bit more.
