The starter bread was decent. Got grilled calamari (the main portion has 4 pieces & the appetiser 2). It was pretty good: cooked simply with oil & vinegar. Mixed meat platter for 2 can be scaled up for odd numbers. The schnitzel was good, with springy meat (though a little salty). Ajvar (red pepper sauce) was good. Go here for the calamari! It was nice and tender. The rest of the food was also very good and very representative of Croatian cuisine. The service was excellent and the ambiance was cozy.

Went there for my first time last night and the food was fresh and delicious. Fried calamari, salad, meat platter and the fish. Finished with dessert. Great service as well. It’s tucked away, but definitely a hidden gem. We will be back again. ?
