This particular location will make you feel like the sales staff were selling billion dollar items. Their attitude and utter dismissive nature is uncalled for - at the end it place that sells coffee.
We were greeted with a very warm welcome that was genuine and warm. We were looking for a particular coffee machine and the shop assistant knew exactly which one we wanted. They had 1 left, we explained that we’ve only just emigrated and are moving the next day into our new home. We were gifted a sleeve of pods and tote bags as a welcome to Canada.Great service, lovely atmosphere in the store and a very pleasant shopping experience all round.
