Just randomly tried this place as I was in the neighborhood. What a lucky find. The ladies at the counter were so nice. And they helped me with picking the ingredients and sauces without any attitude. So surprised that many ingredients were no extra charge. I genuinely appreciate service like this that has declined in so many other places over the years in independent or franchise food service locations. Seating area often dirty. Like others, we don't blame the staff. Most often only 1 person working so they handle cash, cooking, etc. It gets busy.To the owner, for safety reasons alone... have 2 staff there. Hope you pay them well as the staff are fantastic. If the long wait as only one staff member present, you will keep losing people coming as you can only wait so long. Again.. not the staff's fault.
