This was a painful experience! When we arrive all but one monitor was off so you couldn’t see the menu and there were no hard copies available, so we looked on our phones. There was one employee and a person there talking to them at the cash. It took over 5 minutes before someone came out to take our order. I asked for a falafel with a side of fries and a chicken shawarma with a side of garlic potatoes. We picked all the toppings and both employees continued to talk to the other person there and it became clear they weren’t a customer just extremely distracting. It was challenging to order, didn’t seem like they were paying attention and very awkward. Someone came in 15 minutes after and received their food which was an entire platter before us. We were standing at the counter the entire time so it’s not a matter of we left and they forgot. When they were packing up the order they asked if we wanted anything and I said well the fries and garlic potatoes, the employee responded they were out of potatoes but have fries. So they just didn’t cook them when I ordered them and I was not interested in waiting any longer. We just got the wraps because at this time it had already been 30 minutes since we arrived. The falafel was soooooo small as they were out or low on ingredients and the shawarma was left on the flat top too long and was very crispy/borderline burnt. The entire experience was frustrating and I would not recommend going here.Update: I emailed the next day after the reply to my review detailing the time and our experience. I STILL haven’t heard anything back.

When it comes to Shawarmas I might be one of harshest critics. Stopped here by chance so I had no idea what to expect. What I got was probably one of the best Shawarma's I had in a while. My friend who was with me was also really impressed.With that being said, I've noticed the quality of the Shawarma often depends on the person making it. Whoever was there that day... BRAVO
Other reviews suggest the chickwn was juicy and tender. I came here rather late at night and the chicken rotisserie was almost down to the rod. So I ended up getting the dried out chicken meat. Aside from that, the shawarma pita was excellent. Interior was nice and vibrant, server was friendly.Vegetarian options: Everything can be prepared without meat addedParking: Lots of free parking
I’d honestly give this place a 4.5 but pushed it to 5* based on the chicken shawarma taste, size and juiciness.It was one of the best tasting Chicken shawarmas I’ve had. It was thick cuts, juicy, and very well seasoned. Only reason I was was going to give half star off was because of the sides on my chicken shawarma plate, you get pickled peppers, pickles, turnip and coleslaw. There wasn’t an option for salad as an example.I also think they should have filled the container to the brim in those sections, why cheap out on pickles or coleslaw. Plenty of space to add more food for the $.To me the chicken is as good or perhaps even better as Lezzet which is ranked best in Mississauga located at Dixie & Burnhamthorpe.Will come back and get the chicken on the rocks for less $ cause i could care less for the sides givenVegetarian options: Falafel option mealsParking: Plaza parking lot

I ordered chicken shawarma and the server give was so unmannerly,I ask him what type of sauces he have,he answered with attitude,these group of white people came and and he was so excited to serve
Yummy wraps. Reasonable $8-$9 for a wrap. Ingredients are fresh and service is good! Vibe is nice as well would recommend!
