Very bad service. Line up set up is weird. Staff pays no attention and doesn’t call ur name, just let you wait there while talking to their friends on campus. A bad face for UTM.

I always wait for my transaction to go through approved before leaving the counter. Then the manager tells me it didn’t go through, I explained that it did but comply anyways because the line is long. I see right away on my transactions that they indeed overcharged me twice. I bring it up and the manager gives me major attitude rolling her eyes and refuses to refund me. I show her the proof and she says to come back tomorrow if it doesn’t go away because the charge is “pending”. It’s reading week tomorrow and everybody is going home for thanksgiving, I’m not commuting another 2 hours for her mistake, so inevitably I get charged almost $30 for what should’ve been a $13 order. Also had to wait 30 minutes for my actual order afterwards.

Slow, and not amazing. The staff are so lax that I arrived with only 1 other in front and it wasn't busy. We both waited 1mijn for drinks that could've been done by 2 of the staff, they had 3 people.

I don’t usually write reviews but the cashier who took my order last evening around 5pm didn’t even understand what I was trying to order. She gave a lot of attitude and honestly she looked like she didn’t wanna be there. She had to turn around and look at the board to realize what I was ordering (strawberry matcha oat drink…one of the newer seasonal drinks). I know UTM has some slow line ups but it’s really because the NEW staff here don’t move an inch. It’s slow because the workers won’t stop talking and the cashiers don’t know their own menu (the cashier took an order for two boys after and she didn’t even know what was left in their bakery: “i don’t know, I guess it’s blueberry” )? Also the wait time from the line to finish was 30 minutes & the drink wasn’t the same quality as you would regularly get at other Starbucks…

Went there at 540, oven was already turned off. Please instruct your staff to not turn off oven early. There weee customers behind me who also wanted food but didn’t want to get something cold. As a business you should have all options available until close

One star for this location, one star for my memories that’s it. They never stop training new staffs here, I’ve seen 8ppl behind the bar but they work like snail. The new young girls laugh and talk but never working on their job. Ok btw the coffee and Americano taste different everyday here, I saw them making coffee without beans today and the coffee was light like water. Don’t want to return it, such a waste.
