I always wait for my transaction to go through approved before leaving the counter. Then the manager tells me it didn’t go through, I explained that it did but comply anyways because the line is long. I see right away on my transactions that they indeed overcharged me twice. I bring it up and the manager gives me major attitude rolling her eyes and refuses to refund me. I show her the proof and she says to come back tomorrow if it doesn’t go away because the charge is “pending”....read full review
Slow, and not amazing. The staff are so lax that I arrived with only 1 other in front and it wasn't busy. We both waited 1mijn for drinks that could've been done by 2 of the staff, they had 3 people.
