Even though me and my family came to the drive-thru 5 minutes before closing, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and didn’t rush us at all. They had no problem fixing one of our drinks from hot to iced, service at this location has always been perfect, and tonight especially so!
Above and beyond customer service from this location. Usually Starbucks are hit and misses but I've now had two excellent experiences at this location. Once in the middle of a storm, minutes before closing they didn't rush my family out and today, they heated up the milk just perfectly! I wish I got his name, but I'll try next time to get it (this location isn't a regular spot for me). But if I lived in the area, this would be a location I would go to more frequently.
