Wanted to acknowledge a young lady , full lashes, long black hair pulled back in a long ponytail, who was very pleasant this evening and did everything to make my order (latte and cake pop) right after an initial slip up. I was with my 10 year old and she commented how nice and pleasant the barista was. Thank you for going the extra mile in providing good customer service.
Grrrr I have mixed feelings about Starbucks now. On one hand its a great place to grab a beverage, hangout and or study... On the other hand you have a mythical siren as you mascot... Leading many a sailor to their demise.... Do you know how much sugar.. And artificial type is in their product....

Avmeet, Christian, and Shivani gave such warm customer service at the drive thru window that I had to commend them publicly. I used to frequent this Starbucks often when I lived in the neighborhood and decided to stop by today, Avmeet made my day so much warmer when it was freezing cold all day :) Definitely stop by for a welcoming service from them.
