Most important...Definitely needs more staff on the weekends. Have walked away and seen people walk away because of a lineup when only one person is trying desperately to fill orders. Please read Franchise owner. You are losing business in being cheap.Also. I know it is a small establishment but something has to change in terms of a lineup to order and where to request items. Way too tight!
I have nothing but positive comments for all Subway franchises. Compare to every other restaurants in this mall, this is the only place that is well-maintained and serves decent food.

I visited there on weekend and it was very cold outside and nobody is letting me inside their store for 1 min so that i can call Cab. Then I visited the subway I ordered a sub and told the person can I wait for 1 min and he said that’s fine ma’am you can wait here untill your canb arrives. I really appreciate the person who is helping the community in this Pandemic.
