Myself and family who all live in the area have been eating here for over a decade, the owner who’s usually there in the day, is really nice however a lot of the staff, mainly in the evenings really lacks training and common sense. When you order something “to the recipe” from the signature menu, they look at you like you have two heads, and ask you if you want every ingredient and when you say “make it to the recipe” they continue to ask you what you want. I had a fantastic experience at Subway today. I stopped by at 3:30 am , and the staff member working at the counter was not only welcoming but also an excellent communicator. His friendly demeanor and helpfulness made my visit very pleasant. I appreciate the great service, and it made my meal even more enjoyable. Kudos to the wonderful staff!

Had an excellent late-night experience at this Subway, thanks to Terry. He was not only polite and a great conversationalist but also went the extra mile by covering the remaining amount when I had a card issue. The sub was delicious, and terry's exceptional service made the visit memorable. Highly recommended!
