The service is really slow. I’ve been coming to this store for 6 months for their Ube Taro which I love, but the service is infuriatingly slow. Today it took 13 mins for one single order of Ube Taro. The staff seem competent but they have trouble keeping up with the online orders that keep coming in.Online orders tend to have multiple drinks in the order and should not be in the same queue as people waiting in the store. Amazing tea joint with the highlight being the friendly staff who show incredible patience to explain various options. Kudos to them. The drink options are also unique and not like the other usual bubble tea joints. Absolutely recommended.

Friendly staff and the beverages are Delicious, also love the atmosphere of the establishment - really cozy.
